SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Kan Vogue, we aim to process and deliver your orders efficiently while keeping our policies clear and transparent.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Please note:

  • Metro cities may receive orders sooner
  • Non-metro or remote locations may take longer

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
 Occasional free-shipping offers, if available, will be mentioned on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes.

Please ensure availability at the delivery address. Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order with your order ID. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Once Shipped

After dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Delivery address cannot be changed
  • Orders cannot be redirected

This applies to both prepaid and COD orders.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

Kan Vogue is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Unfulfilled Orders

In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or operational issues, Kan Vogue reserves the right to cancel the order.
 For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Right to Cancel

Kan Vogue reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
  • Unserviceable delivery locations

Customers will be informed accordingly.
