RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Kan Vogue, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our fragrances. Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, except in limited cases mentioned below.

No Returns or Exchanges

All perfumes and combo sets sold on Kan Vogue are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This includes cases where:

  • You do not like the fragrance
  • The scent does not match personal preference
  • The product has been opened or used

Fragrance preference is highly personal, and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be accepted back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will only consider a replacement or resolution if:

  • You receive a damaged product, or
  • You receive an incorrect item

To raise a request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Order ID and registered contact details

Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Any damage caused after delivery will not be eligible
  • Minor packaging variations do not qualify as damage

Once approved, a replacement will be shipped (subject to availability).
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

For COD orders, refusal at delivery may lead to future order restrictions.
